Quality Management

At Zero Packaging, quality assurance is integral every step production – it does not just happen at end inspection. We deeply understand packaging that looks pristine initially means nothing if products inside get damaged during shipping.

Tailored Quality Standards

IQC(Incoming Quality Control)

Incoming material quality control means carefully inspecting all raw packaging components from our suppliers as soon as materials reach our receiving docks before acceptance for assembly. We examine stocks against specifications for any defects before verified materials enter production.

IPQC/In Process Quality Control

They are monitoring the assigned process to ensure defected partswill not pass into the next process. During production, our team conducts detailed in-process printing quality verifications assessing alignment, color accuracy, text sharpness, ink adhesion, spot varnish placement, and additional metrics against approved virtual proofs to maintain strict print quality standards.

FQC /Final Quality control

Inspection on finished products, we double check the quality before packing it up.

FRI/ Final Random Inspection

The final random inspection on finished products. They apply AQL method to ensure the finished goods are in good condition before sending to our customers. They put test packages through challenges like bumps, drops or squeezes that could happen during shipping. Doing these checks lets us catch and fix problems early to avoid issues later. We want to ensure orders arrive looking as qualified as when they left our facility.
